If you've ordered within the last month or so, you'll see that you now see the status of the minute that your order was packed, and the postmark date on it as well as the ability to track its delivery status. The coolest part is that it updates real-time! So if you're ordering before 4pm Eastern (Monday through Friday), you can actually check back throughout the day and see the moment it's packed and shipped!

If you haven't ordered recently, the page won't look very different to you!

This feature will be developed some more soon, but how bout some feedback, how do you like it?!!?

PS: I should add that currently it only works with orders that selected the Postal Service (the majority). UPS orders are not currently integrated but will be soon! If you did order with UPS, we still have your tracking info and can give it to you if you email us: customerservice@penguinmagic.com
