Something we're very excited to announce through the Penguin Foundation just kicked off, The Penguin Magic Mentorship Program.
The basic idea, is that there are people who are 'born to perform' all around us. Some of them know about magic, but most don't!
From the rewarding experience of giving your time, to helping your community, to how much it will teach you in return, we're really excited to be able to help you be a mentor for someone who could use it.
We'll be doing our part by helping you with choosing material to teach as well as offering some goodies along the way. For everyone who signs up, we'll be sending your student a free copy of The Greatest Beginner Magic DVD Ever starring Oz Pearlman to get the part started right!

what if you were to try to start a local group and offer mentoring to a small classroom? Like, say, 3-5 people?
Would the mentor program work for anything like that? I haven't asked my community center if it were possible yet, but I've been debating it for years.
Just let us know, we're happy to work with you in most circumstances. Email mentor@penguinmagic.com with the details :)
